About Program

Are you thinking of starting to study abroad? Or are looking for an excuse to visit Italy in summer? This course is perfect for you!

The course was created to help students become more familiar with Italian culture and fashion. The intensive course lasts five weeks, with 36 hours of lessons each week. You can also take the course by units and arrange the timetable as it bests suits you.
To approve the course, the student has a month of preparation to work on their own and deliver the final project, also has access to online or face-to-face consultation classes. This course is also suitable for students that want to apply to big fashion universities and need an introductory course.

We are always open to create custom courses for each student requires, do not hesitate in contacting us if you want to visit Italy.

Yes, I recommend this program

I took an intensive course for CAD software an the course was very good. The city is nice an people is friendly, It was a little difficult to find independent full acommodation but there is plenty of rooms to rent, the staff was super nice!

I took an intensive course in CAD CAM that was very good, I had a bit of a hard time with language but after a year here I can speak fluent Italian. Living in Cesena is a very nice experience, the city is small but served and people here is friendly. It is easy to moove around because there are rental bikes, buses and trains. Compared to the big citites like Rome or Milano Cesena is affordable and well connected, a good option for students. It's very easy to travel around during weekends and school usually finishes os thursday so I had lots of "long weekends" and free time.

What was the most nerve-racking moment and how did you overcome it?
I came to Italy during COVID time so I had several nerve.racking moments but overall it was ok.

Job Title

Born in 1989, after working as a prototype and patternmaker in the fashion production chain of high fashion brands like MaxMara and Ermenegildo Zegna, today is head professor of the patternmaking and sewing department. She is also running a small handmade and custom garment brand named Sartoria Artigiana in Ravenna, Italy.

What is your favorite travel memory?

Loved collaborating with other teachers from different cultures in San Sabastian, Spain during my internship in the local fashion school in 2014. It gave me a completely new point of view on how to prepare students for the fashion industry careers. I also remember the best experiences ever in the volunteer camps in Rumania and Turkey with people from all over the world that I joined during the summer holidays.

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

I remember being more insecure at first about how to approach different students with different personalities and needs. Today I feel more experienced in the relationship with students and I know I can work out a way for each one of them to learn and have a great experience in our school. Also, I'm proud of being able to offer them my personal experience running my own atelier and being a good counselor for their future plans.

What is the best story you've heard from a return student?

Some of them now work for the most famous Italian brands like Moschino, Gucci, and Prada. I'm especially proud of a couple who were very shy and insecure when they arrived at school and now they are appreciated and happy in the companies they work in.

Some others opened their own brand or atelier and still write to me to chat or ask for opinions, we are almost peers now and I'm super proud of them!

If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?

I would surely pick some opportunity in fashion design education because I never had the chance to study it at all. I'd love to learn how to design, sketch, color, and create a collection, maybe also through an internship in one of the luxury brands companies we work with, it would be so interesting!

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

I'm super proud we are all women and young, also, the atmosphere is very familiar, warm, and easy. It's a small team so we have the opportunity to share information and opinions, work together to achieve better results, and help those students who need more care. Our school offers a great program of internships with local companies working in high-quality Italian fashion production.

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

It takes a lot of commitment, work, and scheduling for every process. Being well organized, collecting opinions and requests from the customers and the process them in order to offer the best service possible, and always being faithful to the company mission and the competencies of the team. It's necessary to create a good team, take care of the people who work in the company, listen to them and give them a voice.
